COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING CODE
7:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2012
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Maple Valley, that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2012, in the Board Room, Tahoma School District Services Center, 25720 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Highway SE, Maple Valley, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The public hearing will be for the purpose of accepting public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan and zoning code and associated maps for the area known as the “North Area Zone” generally located at Witte Road and SE 231st Street. Areas identified in the comprehensive plan and zoning maps as Business Park with Conditions (BP/C) and Office with Conditions (O/C) are being considered to be changed to Service Commercial (SC). At this hearing, the Council will also consider associated development regulations being considered with this proposed zone change.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing Monday, February 27, 2012, in the Board Room, Tahoma School District Central Services Center, 25720 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Highway SE, Maple Valley, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The public hearing will be for the purpose of accepting public testimony regarding proposed technical amendments to the zoning code to correct errors and omissions, clarify certain sections, and consider possible new additions to the zoning code.
