Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Kear

Surrounded by immediate family members, Charles A. Kear and Kristin D. Evans pledged their love and support for one another on Thursday, November 24, 2011 (yes! Thanksgiving Day!) at Mountain Springs Lodge Resort just outside of Leavenworth, WA. Pastor Zachary Kintner of Sherman Oaks Presbyterian Church, Sherman Oaks, CA officiated the marriage along with Glendie Loranger of Life Center North, Spokane, WA.

Charlie is the son of Randy and Kathleen Kear, long time residents of Maple Valley. He is a 2004 Tahoma High School graduate who chose to be in the Marine Corps in May 2009. Stationed in Kaneohe, HI, Charlie was promoted to Corporal in June 2011.

Kristin is the daughter of Joyce Loranger (Bruce) of Ephrata, WA and Will Evans (Crissy) of Willitts, CA. She is a 2003 Ephrata Senior High graduate as well as a 2005 Big Bend Community College and 2007 Central Washington University College graduate.

The beautiful wedding was made extra special with softly falling snow throughout the early afternoon ceremony and into the night. The couple will be making their new home in Hawaii where Charlie is stationed for the next couple of years. Photo by Emily Schultz of Emily Shultz Photography.
