Hooked on Fishing

Mark your calendar for April 25 and 26. The Greater Maple Valley Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce, in partnership withy the Maple Valley Rotary and the City of Maple Valley, is once again sponsoring the community celebration of Opening Day fishing on Lake Wilderness. This years Big Fish Sponsors are Curtis Lang Custom Homes, John L. Scott Maple Valley, J.R. Hayes, R and H Mining and Johnson's Hojme and Garden! The event inclues a "mystery" length and weight winning catch in addition to "Captain Kerplunk", the tagged fish, sponsored by Real Life Church. Overnight tent camping will be allowed in the Park and Maple Valley Rotary will serve a Fisherman's Breakfast from midnight to noon. This is a terrific family event so plan on being "Hooked On Fishing."
